Rio Verde
Ranchos is a subdivision in Camp Verde, Arizona with 34 properties. A
General Meeting of property owners is held in October to elect a Board of
Directors that enforces the CC&Rs, reviews designs and maintains common
property. Annual assessment is $300.00 per lot, payable by May 31st each
year. All property modifications have to be approved for compliance with
our CC&Rs by submitting a Project Review Form. There is no fee or
deposit for this.
